Still wrapped up and locked down? No worries! You’re not alone! Perfect time to discover and expand our understanding of Yoga. Recently recommended to me by my London-based Iyengar Yoga teacher Khaled Kendsi is B.K.S Iyengar’s The Path To Holistic Health – illustrated, relevant and accessible the book is an inclusive and adventurous exploration of the philosophical and practical teachings of Bellur Krishnamachar Sundararaja (B.K.S) Iyengar.
