In 2008 I approached South African author Joanne Jowell with a vision to to share my struggle with bulimia, addiction, and depression.

I wanted to share the good, the bad and the ugly, and present what I was battling to find in the libraries: authenticity. In 2011, Finding Sarah: A True Story of Living with Bulimia, written by Joanne Jowell, was published by Pan Macmillan South Africa.
